Kelli Rad x Museo Collaboration
Jessica from Museo and I are collaborating to create beautiful, present, and modern Mother’s Day Portraits for you this year on May 11th + May 12th.
These are relaxed 30-minute sessions to celebrate you, mama. To mark this time with the ones you love the most.
We’ll help style you in Museo + vintage (if you’d like) and make sure that when you look back decades later, you can say,
“Yes. This is us.”

When: May 11th and 12th
Length: Approximately 30 minutes of shooting with 15 minutes of styling (if needed)
15 Finished Images with the Ability to Purchase More
Cost: $400
We will have two lovely sets with an assortment of props and flower bouquets.
Not sure what to wear? We will have the lovely Jessica from Museo there to help style and dress you with her own clothing. You can see a selection of her work throughout this page and on her site.

My process is documentary-style and cinematic. I focus on connection, light, and genuine moments of honesty.
I give light direction, but most importantly, I create the space for you to be yourselves, to show your love. Throw perfection out the window.

Motherhood Portraits are $400.

We will be creating two sets for you at the beautiful studio of Wilma off of Water Avenue in SE Portland.

In short, wear whatever makes you feel beautiful but also comfortable.
An easy place to start is for everyone to bring their favorite denim pieces.
I recommend natural and organic colors (no graphics) and textures in a complementary color palette. Should you wish to be styled, we will have ample women’s clothing. Please bring a few outfit choices for the children.

Bring whomever you’d like. I only ask that you limit these sessions to 3 adults. (ie. Multi-general motherhood + two moms + Grandma) Any additional person will be an added $50 because it means more editing and variations of images.

These sessions were created with mothers in mind, but if you want to bring Dad, you certainly can! We just won’t have stereotypically male-gendered clothing.

Well, aren’t you the sweetest. You can send me an email and I can privately invoice you. I will create a customized e-gift card for you to send to the lucky mom in your life!

You will receive your images within 2 weeks of our session date.

Due to the limited number of these sessions, all retainers are non-refundable. You may cancel, but you will forfet your deposit.
If someone comes up sick right before our session, let me know, and I will do my best to find another time that works for both of us.

Not only can you, but I highly recommend it! Every photo session will come with a print release. I will also deliver your session to a beautiful private gallery attached to a store. There you can purchase prints and albums.

I am a newer resident of Portland and originally from Austin, where I graduated from the University of Texas. Always a bookworm as a kid, I fell in love with storytelling, but it wasn’t until I took a photojournalism course in college that my fascination with visual images began. The class made my heart pound, and I knew then it had to be a part of my life. Ever since, I’ve been toting my camera around the world and learning the art of entrepreneurship. I am an insatiably curious human and am so grateful I get to meet so many new people and stories through my lens.
Something important to me is always to photograph others through the eyes of compassion and honesty. As Maya Angelou says, “I am a human being. Nothing human can be alien to me.” I hold a gentle (and fun!) space for you to be you and explore all nuances of self in front of my lens. There are no rights and wrongs here. Only creative play with my constant guidance.
